We want you to be satisfied with our service so please note that the following services are not provided here at SKS Psychiatry:

• We are unable to provide psychological testing, learning disability testing or autism testing.
• We are unable to provide disability assessments.
• We do not provide chemical dependency evaluations and do not prescribe agonist therapy (Suboxone, Methadone).
• We do not provide court ordered mental health evaluation

The initial visit is focused on gaining a thorough understanding of your history, symptoms, and treatment goals so that we can make thoughtful, individualized care decisions.  Therefore, medication recommendation are not always guaranteed and are determined only after a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation.
